Many of our landlords live abroad and need to entrust their properties to an agent who can be relied on to provide a continuous income stream and deal with any problems in their absence.

The Tenant Introduction Service is designed to suit all landlords who are able to assume day-to-day responsibility for the management of their properties. Where this arrangement is not convenient or practicable, we are pleased to offer our property management services.

Tenant Introduction Service
We undertake to select a suitable tenant at the best rent achievable under a contract, providing the highest level of security for the landlord. Following the letting of a property, we are pleased to provide free advice and a liaison service between landlord and tenant for the duration of each tenancy. All viewings are accompanied by a member of our staff. We do not disclose the address of property in our advertising or to enquirers until they are registered with us, this is for obvious privacy and security reasons.

Property Management Service - Rent Direct Management
Our full management service is ideal for landlords who do not live locally and is particularly popular with many of our clients who reside abroad. It it also used by many local people who wish not to be involved in dealing with the more routine matters of property mananagement. Ours is a special service which has been devised in response to requests from landlords who require and rely upon our property management expertise in addition to tenant selection, but prefer the rental income to be paid direct to their bank account without the usual agent's involvement.
