Smart furnished second-floor flat in a listed Georgian town house close to the city centre. There is a double bedroom with a double futon & spare inflatable guest bed, hanging wardrobe alcoves, a fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge and a built in oven and hob. The living room has a gas coal effect fire, a sofa, TV and a small dining table & 2 chairs. High quality carpets are fitted, from the front windows there is a great view of the Rugby ground, if you pop your head out of the window you can observe almost the entire pitch - free of charge! At night the floodlit Sham Castle can be seen from the bedroom window. This flat is ideal for the city centre and within a short level walk of the rail station. There are walks along the river bank to the main sports centre and the cricket club. The amazing 1000 feet long Great Pulteney Street (the longest intact Georgian street in Europe) is just beside the house and Robert Adam's splendid Pulteney Bridge is very close by with its collection of tiny shops. The second photograph is of Laura Place looking down Great Pulteney Street the house where our flat is situated is just out of shot to the right.
